1. 1. Where are the car from?
   Most of our cars are purchased directly from factory authorized sources across the nation. Our experienced buyers scour the country in search of the best vehicles for the best prices possible. We buy from Mercedes Benz Financial, BMW Financial, American Honda Financial, Lexus Financial, Bank One, Bank of America, Chase Automotive Finance and many others. More often than not, our cars are one owner lease returns. We also have many other sources, including trade-ins, company cars, repossessions, and our expansive dealer network. If you don't see the car you want in our current inventory, feel free to contact us to place an order.
2. Do you offer financing?
   Yes, we offer financing for qualified buyers. The credit unions we work with have very competitive rates.
3. Do you take trade-ins?
   Yes, we take trade-ins of almost any make, model, and year passenger vehicles and trucks. Check used car values in guides issued by organizations such as www.kbb.com. Often both trade-in and private sale values are listed. Factors such as mileage, overall condition, damage and known mechanical problems heavily influence the trade-in value.
4. What if I have a pre-approval from my bank, will you accept their loan checks?
   Yes, we have worked with many financial institutions for outside funding. Most financial institutions just require a signed purchase order for the vehicle that you are buying, your financial institution will let you know what they need from us and we can provide all the paperwork you will need.
5. Do you offer warranty for your vehicles?
   Many of our cars are still covered under their respective manufacturers' warranties. Please consult the manufacturer for details as to warranty coverage, service location, etc. For the ones which are not, we offer the option to purchase extended warranties through third party warranty companies with different levels of coverage to suit your personal needs. The cost of these extended warranty programs will vary for each vehicle.
6. Does the vehicle have a clean title?
   Yes, all of our vehicles for sale will ONLY come with clean titles. We do NOT sell salvaged vehicles, lemon law buyback vehicles, vehicles that have been in major accidents, flood damage vehicles, etc.
7. Have your vehicles been inspected by a mechanic?
   Yes, all of our vehicles are thoroughly inspected and undergo a complete multi-point safety inspection before they are available for sale. The inspection includes all of your safety items such as brake condition, tire condition, exterior lights, wipers, seat belt operation, airbags, suspension components, fluid levels, steering components, horn operation, and more.
8. Why should I buy from Autoshoppe.com over a big franchised dealer?
   We are an independently owned and operated auto dealer with low overhead cost that primarily sell online. We do not have any sales people who are paid on commission. No sales managers or finance managers who take an additional cut. We do not have a large store front on Auto Row with expensive rent to pay. With all these savings, we are able to pass the savings onto our clients. We offer the same quality vehicles as the big franchise dealers if not better as we all buy them from the same source but we are more careful in picking out the cars we buy. Often times we are competing with the franchise dealers for the same vehicles at the dealer auctions.
9. How to Change Vehicle ownership?
   Makspeed Motors DBA Autoshoppe.com is a licensed auto dealer with the DMV. We take care of all the paperwork for you. You would just enjoy your vehicle from the time that you purchase it and everything else will arrive in the mail.
